Testing

Modern battery packs have complex design in order to provide reliable and safe operation. Our lab conducts testing to explore various aspects of lithium-ion batteries including normal operation, service life, stress testing (over-charge/over-discharge, electrostatic discharge, electrical short, thermal shock, altitude simulation, high/low humidity exposure), nail penetration, crush test, and customized abuse tests defined by the consumer.
